博世牙醫醫事及教育中心人員教育訓練回顧

博世牙醫教育中心從2008年成立至今，為了增加員工向心力，並幫助博世牙醫持續成長，克服臨床共同盲點，表訂每季都為同仁們舉辦教育訓練。

正如林保瑩醫師擅長牙周植牙軟硬組織處理，課程也安排除了與臨床密切相關的技術課程的硬道理，如：植體系統、植牙機、牙科雷射、比色機、咬合板教學、美白門診、DSD介紹、牙科諮商軟體教學、牙科椅的使用及清潔保養、鎮靜麻醉於牙科之應用、口腔衛教教學、生物材、衛材、藥品總覽…之外，也會安排邀請各領域資歷豐沛的專業人士蒞臨提供軟知識，與我們分享新知：財務規劃、認識鹼性水、職場美儀、肢體律動（街舞、瑜珈、防身術）、日本防災觀念在台灣的應用、香氛、陶藝、攝影、石頭之美等多元主題。

上週5/17我們更將教育訓練的場地拉到診所外進行，來到全台第一處市定古蹟、也是第一處以人文歷史及公共空間內涵為特色而指定的活古蹟【紫藤盧】，林醫師特邀林慧峯執行長來為我們導覽空間、茶體驗和說說歷史文化及人的故事，以期日後能將「茶文化」的品味、氣息與溫度運用在提升患者治療的整體感受。

一路來這些多元面向的教育訓練每每讓我們獲益良多、充飽電再上路，以上與大家分享我們的現場實錄照！

Established in 2008, the dental continuing education provider” iProDICT “not only make clinical training didactic course well as hands-on workshop available to dentist as many of you have known, but also offer clinical as well as living knowledge for staff and colleagues to improve professional and recreational standards.

By schedule, staff training classes was primarily arranged every 3-4 months to satisfy the urgent request for familiarizing the clinical “new kids on the block “, for example, new material, techniques or equipment. On the other hand, sessions like new look at the old procedure as “bomb removal” are also very popular.

In order to soften the devoted training afternoon, the non-clinical session kicks in to enhance the interesting and tasteful way of life for down stressing pressurized clinical living.
